To address slippery tile floors caused by oily residue, we offer degreasing and physical anti-slip enhancement services. Our technicians use specialized floor cleaners and rotary scrubbers to deeply remove oil molecule layers from the tile surface. We then apply a penetrating anti-slip agent that increases the coefficient of friction without altering the floor’s appearance or color.
This service requires you to clear the work area of obstacles beforehand. We will perform a small-scale test and proceed with the full treatment only after obtaining your approval. After treatment, the floor requires approximately one hour to air-dry; we will set up safety barriers during this time. Once treated, the floor offers better traction when wet and is easier to mop during routine cleaning.
